Starter and Growth plans are available month-to-month or with an annual commitment. Annual billing offers a 17% discount. Enterprise plans are custom-term contracts with pricing negotiated based on volume. No multi-year lock-ins required for Starter or Growth.
No. DICOMweb integration configuration is included at no additional charge for all plans. Our team provides a configuration walkthrough session with your IT team. If integration requires custom development on your PACS vendor's side, that is between you and your PACS vendor — Histolyx's side of the integration is standard and no-cost.
Yes. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available on all plans. On Starter, the BAA is available on request. On Growth and Enterprise, it is included with the subscription. Histolyx is designed with HIPAA controls in mind for all PHI-adjacent workflows, though we do not claim HIPAA certification as a standalone assertion.
We offer a structured 30-day pilot for qualified imaging centers. The pilot uses a limited study volume from your real production workflow (de-identified for pilot purposes if required). Pricing applies after the pilot period if you choose to continue. Contact us to discuss pilot eligibility — we prioritize organizations with a genuine near-term deployment path.
Yes. Organizations deploying Histolyx across multiple sites can aggregate study volume across locations for pricing purposes.
